MATERIALS NEEDED:
Bernat Baby Coordinates yarns in Candy Stripes, Splash Stripes and Blues Stripes, size F crochet hook or hook to obtain gauge, needle to take yarn, stuffing small amounts of felt, 6 (for ea bear) 1\2” round magnets, needle and sewing thread.
GAUGE: 5 hdc = 1-1\2”, 3 rows hdc = 1”
FINISHED SIZE: 6” tall X 2” wide for ea section and 6” X 4” for attached front and back bodies.
BODY:
With yarn and F hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
RND 2-3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)(27 sts)
RND 4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (36 sts)
RND 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (45 sts)
RND 6: Back Loop hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 7-12: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 12 fasten off.
-Make 2 for ea bear made.
