Gold & Green Hat Free Crochet Pattern

MATERIALS:

2-3 oz Red Heart Super Saver yarn in Hunter Green and Bright Yellow and size L crochet hook.

FINISHED SIZE: Will fit most adults

HAT:

With Yellow and L hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-3, work 11 dc in ring, sl st top beg ch-3, turn. (11 sts)
RND 2: Ch-3, dc bet 1st and next st, ch-1, (2 dc, ch-1) bet ea st around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn. (24 sts)
RND 3: Ch-3, dc next ch-1, * (2 dc, ch-1) twice next ch-1 sp, 2 dc, ch-1, next ch-1 sp * rep bet ** around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn. (36 sts)
RND 4-9: Ch-3, dc next ch-1 sp, ch-1, (2 dc, ch-1) ea ch-1 sp around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn. End rnd 9 join Hunter Green, fasten off Yellow.
