Loop Edge Purse Free Crochet Pattern
MATERIALS:
1 skein Caron 4 ply yarn in Off White, small amount in Walnut, needle to take yarn, small snap, needle and invisible (clear) sewing thread and H hook or hook to obtain gauge.
GAUGE: 4 sts = 1-1\2”, 4 rows st pattern = 1-1\2”
FINISHED SIZE: 19” wide X 7” tall X 2-1\2” deep
PURSE:
ROW 1: With Off White and H hook ch-31, sc 2 nd ch from hook, (dc next ch, sc next ch) across to last ch, sc last ch, ch-1, turn. (30 sts)
ROW 2-49: (Sc next st, dc next st) across, ch-12, turn.
ROW 50: (Sc next st, dc next st) across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 51-52: Sk 1st st, sc next, dc dec next 2, (sc next st, dc next st) across to last 4 sts, sk next st, sc next, dc dec last 2 st, ch-1, turn. End row 52 fasten off. (26 sts)(22 sts)
