MATERIALS:
One skein Sensations Rainbow Boucle yarn in red, 3 ounces of Pound of Love yarn in White, needle to take yarn, 45” X 60” of quilt light batting, 1 yard heavy weight (50) sew-able interfacing, needle and thread for basting, pins and H crochet hook or hook to obtain gauge.
GAUGE: Boucle: 3 hdc = 1”, 4 rows hdc = 1-1\2”; White yarn: 4 hdc = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”
FINISHED SIZE: Mattress: 11” (widest point across) X 18” and 1-1\4” thick; Pillow: 8” X 8”; Carrier: 14” X 20” and 5-1\2” deep.
About the yarn I used:
Sensations yarn has been re-named: Purl Essence. It is #4 yarn, so any #4 yarn will make a good substitution, just make sure you get the exact gauge as stated in the pattern when you make a sample swatch. If your gauge is bigger than stated, go down one size in your hook. If your sample gauge is smaller than stated, go up one size in your hook.
