Glue on 1” wiggle eyes and 1” size red pompom. Twist 1 red and 1 yellow chenille stem tog. Insert on end of the twisted stem into the top of the cap, pass it through the bottom about 2” and then back up to the top of the cap. Twist ends around a pencil and glue one ½” yellow pom-pom to ea end of twisted stem.
Color Humps For Back:
With yarn and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
RND 2: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)
RND 4: Rep rnd 2.
RND 5: Rep rnd 3. (27 sts)
RND 6: Rep rnd 2.
RND 7: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (36 sts)
RND 8: Rep rnd 2.
RND 9: (Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off. (27 sts)
-Make 1 in Royal Blue, 1 in Delft and 1 in Light Blue.
Bottom For Color Humps:
With yarn and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.

-Make 1 in Royal Blue, 1 in Delft and 1 in Light Blue.
Stuff ea hump and sew matching bottom to hump. Tack the humps tog into a row. Sew the last 2 humps to the back of the costume. Sew a snap to the top hump and to a matching spot on back of costume.

RND 1: With Royal Blue and H hook ch-40, sl st to form a ring, ch-1, hdc ea ch around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (39 sts)
RND 2-4: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 4 do not ch.
RND 5: Ch-6, count over 19 sts from join, sl st next st, ch-1, turn. Hdc next 6 ch, hdc next 19 sts, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (25 sts)
RND 6: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 7: (Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
