RND 6: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.

Weave ch over and under sts of rnd 1 of pants. Once the pants are on the doll, tie in a bow at waist.
Sole of Foot/Pants:
RND 1: With Red and H hook ch-5, hdc 2nd ch from hook, hdc next 2 ch, 3 hdc last ch, turn piece so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch (in bottom of sts just made), hdc next 2, 2 hdc last, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (10 sts)
RND 2: 2 sc next 2 sts, sc next 2, 2 sc next, 3 hdc next, 2 sc next, sc next 2, 2 sc last st, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
