Rnd 2-5: Sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 5 do not ch.

Waist Band:
With sewing needle and sewing thread sew ends of elastic tog. With Cornmeal and H hook join in any st along top of panties, working over the elastic sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
Butt Ruffles:
With Latte and H hook ch-16, sl st 5th ch from hook, (ch-6, sl st next ch, ch-4, sl st next ch) across, fasten off.
-Make 3. With needle and yarn sew to butt of panties layering the ruffles.
Leg Opening Ruffles:
With Latte and H hook ch-22, sl st 4th ch from hook, (ch-3, sl st next st) across, fasten off.
-Make 2. With needle and yarn sew ruffle around ea leg opening.
