MATERIALS:
2 skeins Lion Micro Spun yarn in Lily White and 1 skein in Ebony and size H hook or hook to obtain gauge.
GAUGE: 4 hdc sts = 1”, 5 rows hdc = 1-1\2”
FINISHED SIZE: 5-1\2” X 62”
SCARF:
ROW 1: With Lily White and H hook ch-22, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, join Ebony, fasten off Lily White, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
ROW 2: (Hdc next 5 sts, ch-12, sl st in 1 st ch of ch-12) 3 times, hdc last 5 sts, join Lily White, fasten off Ebony.
ROW 3: Press lps to front of work, hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 4: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 5: Hdc ea st across, join Ebony, fasten off Lily White, ch-1, turn.
ROW 6-185: Rep row 2-5.
RND 186: Beginning at the bottom of the piece lp ea ch-12 lp over the next to form a continuous line. Do this for all three sections. (Hdc next 5 sts, sl st top next lp) 3 times, hdc next 4 sts, 3 hdc next st, turn piece and evenly hdc in end of ea row across working 3 hdc in corner, hdc across bottom of foundation row working 3 hdc in corner, evenly work hdc across end of ea row working 2 hdc in 1 st st, made, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off.
