ROW 27-31: Rep row 17-21.  End row 31 fasten off.
Again you have made 1 shoulder longer than the other.  You should have the longer shoulder’s matching and the shorter matching.  If not, re-work again until you do.  With needle and yarn sew the two shorter shoulders tog.  Over lap the 1st 2 rows on ea long shoulder and sew tog about 1” in from the armhole opening.
NECK EDGE:
With Yarn and hook join in end st on 1 of the longer shoulders, ch-1, evenly sc around, fasten off.
Cut two snaps from the snap tape and sew ea side to opening at shoulder.
SLEEVE:
ROW 1: With yarn and hook ch-41, sc 2nd ch from hook, (dc next ch, sc next ch) across to last ch, dc last ch, ch-1, turn.  (40 sts)
