MATERIALS: 8 ozs of 4 ply yarn in Pastel Pink, 1 skein Bernat Boa yarn in White, H hook or hook to obtain gauge, 4 large size snaps, needle to take yarn, needle and sewing thread.
GAUGE: 4 ply yarn: 4 hdc sts = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”. Boa yarn: 4 hdc sts = 1-1\2”, 3 rows hdc = 1”.
FINISHED SIZE: Will fit New Born Nursery doll
BOTTOM OF SNOWSUIT:
RND 1: With pink yarn and H hook ch-20, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc next 16 ch, 2 hdc last ch, turn piece so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch (bottom of sts just made), hdc ea ch across, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (36 sts)
RND 2: 2 hdc next st, hdc next 16, 2 hdc next 2, hdc next 16, 2 hdc last st, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (40 sts)
RND 3: 2 hdc next 2 sts, hdc next 16, 2 hdc next 4, hdc next 16, 2 hdc last 2 sts, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (48 sts)
RND 4: 2 hdc next 3 sts, hdc next 18, 2 hdc next 6, hdc next 18, 2 hdc last 3 sts, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (60 sts)
RND 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) 3 times, hdc next 18, rep bet () 6 times, hdc next 18, rep bet () 3 times, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (72 sts)
RND 6: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) 4 times, hdc next 20, rep bet () 8 times, hdc next 20, rep bet () 4 times, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (88 sts)
RND 7-36: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 36 fasten off.
FIRST STRAP:
ROW 1: With pink and H hook count over 11 sts from join end rnd 36, join next st, ch-1, hdc same st as beg ch-1, hdc next 2 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (3 sts)
ROW 2-36: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 36 fasten off.
SECOND STRAP:
