MATERIALS (FOR TWO PILLOWS):
8 oz skein 4 ply Red Heart yarn in Pumpkin, 1 Lion Brand Suede yarn in Sage, H crochet hook or hook needed to obtain gauge, needle to take yarn, and stuffing.
FINISHED SIZE: Tall Pumpkin: 6-1\2” X 8” (including stem), Small Pumpkin: 9” wide X 7” tall (including stem)
Gauge: 4 sts = 1”, 4 rows pattern = 1”
SMALL PUMPKIN:
With Pumpkin yarn and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, (sc, dc) 5 times in ring, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (10 sts)
RND 2: (Sc, dc) ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
RND 3: [Sc next dc, dc next sc, (sc, dc) next 2 sts,] around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (30 sts)
RND 4: [(Sc next dc, dc next sc) twice, (sc, dc) next 2 sts] 5 times, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (40 sts)
