Materials: 2 skeins (5.6 oz) Bernat Baby Coordinates yarn in White, Size E Crochet hook, Needle to take yarn, Snap, Sewing Needle and Sewing Thread.
Gauge: Motif 4” across. 6 sc sts = 1”, 6 rows sc = 1”
Halter Cup:
Row 1: With White and E hook ch-33, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (32 sts)
Row 2-17: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
Row 18: Sc next 16 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (16 sts)
Row 19-34: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 34 fasten off.
Make 2. Sew inner short edges tog (see photo) to form the cup.
Edging:
Rnd 1: With White and E hook join in any st along the outer edge of the formed cup, ch-1, evenly sc ea st and row around working 3 sc in ea turn, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
Check the fit of the cup at this point. To make the cup larger add more rnds of sc edging. For the one I made I did a total of 6 rnds. After placing the top on my dress form I feel it may have been too many, but not all women are proportioned the same, so try it on.
