ROW 14: Ch-2, dc 1st st, * 2 dc next sp, dc next st, ch-2, sk next 2 sts, dc next st, (ch-2, dc next st) twice * rep bet ** twice [twice]{3 times}/3 times/, turn.
ROW 15: Ch-2, dc 1st st, * (Ch-2, dc next st) twice, 2 dc next sp, dc next st, ch-2, sk next 2 sts, dc next st * rep bet ** twice [twice]{3 times}/3 times/, turn.
ROW 16: Rep row 14.
ROW 17: Rep row 15.
ROW 18: Rep row 14.  End row 18 fasten off.
ROW 19: With Blue thread and E hook join in end row 12, ch-2, dc same st as beg ch-2, * 2 dc next sp, dc next st, ch-2, sk next 2 sts, dc next st, (ch-2, dc next st) twice * rep bet ** twice[twice]{3 times}/3 times/, leave remaining unworked, turn.
ROW 20-23: Rep row 14-15.  End row 23 fasten off.
With needle and thread sew tog at shoulders.
NECKLINE EDGING:
ROW 1: With Blue and E hook join in end 1 side of back, ch-1, evenly sc across sides of rows and sts across, fasten off.
ARMHOLE EDGING:
RND 1: With Blue and E hook join in any st at armhole opening, ch-1, evenly sc around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
-Rep other armhole.
BUTTON:
With Blue thread and 7 hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
RND 2-3: (Hdc dec next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 3 fasten off.  (6 sts)(3 sts)
-Make 3 buttons.
BUTTON LOOP:
ROW 1: With Blue and 7 hook ch-2, hdc 2nd ch from hook, ch-1, turn.  (1 st)
ROW 2-15: Hdc only st, ch-1, turn.  End row 15 fasten off.
-Make 3.
Along back opening sew the 3 button and button lps matching so you can close the back of the top.  If when you put the top on the neckline is too wide, gather slightly with needle and thread, knotting to hold.
FLOWER:
With White thread and 7 hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: (Ch-2, 2 dc, ch-2, sl st) in ring 5 times, fasten off.
-Make 20 flowers.  Sew 10-ea side, scattering as you sew.
PURSE:
RND 1: With White and L hook ch-20, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc next 16 ch, 3 hdc last ch, turn so you are
