6-inch Blue Snow Angle Free Crochet Pattern

MATERIALS: Small amount size 10 crochet thread in White, Bridal Blue and Shades Blue, size 7 crochet hook or hook needed to obtain gauge, needle to take crochet thread, small amount of craft fiberfill (stuffing), small amount of cardboard, 1” doll head with hands and craft glue.
FINISHED SIZE: 6-1\2” tall Gauge: 4 hdc = 1\2”, 3 rows hdc = 1”
BODY:
With Bridal Blue and 7 hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
RND 2-3: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 4: 2 hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (16 sts)
RND 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (24 sts)
RND 6-8: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 9: (Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (16 sts)
RND 10-12: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 13: Rep rnd 4. (32 sts)
RND 14-18: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 19: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 7 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (36 sts)
RND 20-38: Rep rnd 4. End rnd 38 fasten off.
BOTTOM:
With Bridal Blue and 7 hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 2: 2 hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (16 sts)
RND 3-4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 4 fasten off. (24 sts)(36 sts)
Cut a piece of cardboard the same size as bottom. Stuff the body and sew on bottom inserting cardboard as you sew. Doll should be able to stand on her own.
JACKET:
ROW 1: With Shades Blue and 7 hook ch-10, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
ROW 2: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
