MATERIALS:
For both: size 10 crochet thread in black, size E seed beads in red and black, large eye beading needle, size 7 hook or hook to obtain gauge, snaps or other small fastener, needle and sewing thread.
FINISHED SIZE:  Choker; 1\2” X 15”
CHOKER:
With black crochet thread and large eye beading needle thread red and black beads onto thread in 10-count sequence beg with red and ending with black.  Remove beading needle.
ROW 1: With black crochet thread and 7 hook ch-6, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (4 sts)
ROW 2: Hdc next 2 sts, (slide bead, ch-1) 10 times, sl st in 1st ch of ch-10, hdc next 2 sts, ch-1, turn.
ROW 2-5: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 6-89: Rep row 2-5.
Beg at bottom of choker insert one beaded lp into the next until all lps are done.
ROW 90: Hdc next 2 sts, sl st in center of last free lp, hdc next 2 sts, ch-1, turn.
ROW 91-93: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 93 fasten off.
With needle and thread sew snap to short ends of choker.
