MATERIALS: 4 spools 10 yds ea 1\8” wide satin ribbon (Better known as “Spool O’ Ribbon”) in blue and pink, 5 spools in mint green, 6 spools white and lavender, size F & H hooks or hooks to obtain gauge, 2 skeins Bernat Baby Coordinates in Lemon Custard, 5 sets of two part 1\2” color snaps, snap application tool, needle to take yarn, needle and white thread.
 FINISHED SIZE:  14-1\2” across waist (below arm pits), 2-1\2” across ea shoulder, 6-1\2” long sleeve, 17-1\2” from bk neck edge to hem of dress.
 Gauge:   Flower block: 2” square, 4 sc\dc sts = 1”, 3 rows pattern = 1”
FLOWER BLOCK:
With size F hook and a color ribbon ch-4, sl st to from a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 sc in ring, sl st top beg sc, do not turn.
RND 2: Pull up lp on hook 1\2”, [* (yo, pull up lp in sc to 1\2”) 4 times, yo through all 9 lps on hook, ch-1 to close (puff st made), * ch-2, rep bet **, ch-4] rep bet [] 4 times, join white, ch-2, sl st top 1st puff st made, fasten off color, do not turn.
RND 3: * work 4 sc in next ch-2 sp, (3 sc, ch-2, 3 sc) next ch-4 sp, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
Make 4 blocks in blue and pink, 5 blocks in green and 6 blocks in lavender.  Set aside 1 green and 2 lavender flower blocks.  Sew the remaining blocks tog in a long row in this pattern: Lavender, Pink, Blue and Green.
DRESS:
RND 1: With lemon yarn and H hook join in any corner of sewn tog ribbon blocks, ch-1, (2 sc, ch-2, 2 sc) in corner sp, evenly sc in ea st around working () in ch-2 sp ea corner, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, do not turn.  (416 sts)
ROW 2: Sl st to ch-2 sp, ch-1, (sc next st, dc next st) across to next ch-2 sp, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn.  (180 sts)
ROW 3-5: (Sc next dc, dc next sc) across, ch-1, turn.  End row 5 fasten off.  This will bet the bottom of the dress.
