RND 3: Sc next 3 sts, hdc next, (dc dec next 2 sts, dc next 2 sts) 5 times, hdc next, sc last 2 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (23 sts)
RND 4: Sc next 2 sts, hdc next, (dc dec next 2, dc next 2) 4 times, hdc next, sc last 3 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (19 sts)
