Materials: Size 10 crochet thread in White, Size 7 hook, 244 size E seed beads in Blue or Red for ea coaster made, Large eye beading needle, Needle to take crochet thread.
GAUGE: 4 hdc = 1\2”, 4 rows hdc = 3\4”
Finished Size: 3-1\4” diameter
Beaded Top Of Coaster:
    With large eye beading needle thread on the 244 beads, remove needle.
    Ch-3 sl st to form a ring.
     RND 1: 8 (slide bead, ch-1) 4 times, sl st in ring, * rep bet ** 6 times, do not turn.  (6 lps)
     RND 2: Sl st into next lp, ch-1, * (slide bead, ch-1) 4 times, sl st same lp, rep bet () 4 times, sl st next lp, * rep bet ** 5 times, rep bet () 4 times, sl st same lp, rep bet () 4 times, sl st bottom of beg sl st, do not turn.  (10 lps)
     RND 3: * (slide bead, ch-1) 5 times, sl st next lp, * rep bet ** around, do not turn.  (10 lps)
     RND 4: *(slide bead, ch-1,) 6 times, sl st next lp, * rep bet ** around, do not turn.  (10 lps)
    RND 5: *(slide bead, ch-1) 7 times, sl st next lp, * rep bet ** around, fasten off.
Coaster Backing:
    With White thread and 7 hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
    RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (8 sts
     RND 2-4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)(18 sts)(27 sts)
     RND 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (36 sts)
     RND 6: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 3 sts) around sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (45 sts)
     RND 7: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 4 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (54 sts)
     RND 8: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 8 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (60 sts)
     RND 9: * sc next st, hdc next, (dc, trc) next, (trc, dc) next, hdc next, sc next, * rep bet ** around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.  (72 sts)
    With needle and crochet thread sew the beaded top to the coaster backing.\
