MATERIALS NEEDED FOR BASIC HEART:  Leftover 4 ply yarn in any color, G hook.
HEART:
ROW 1:  With yarn and G hook, ch-2, sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch-1, turn.  (1 st)
ROW 2: 2 Sc in st, ch-1, turn.  (2 sts)
ROW 3: 2 Sc in ea st across, ch-1, turn.  (4 sts)
ROW 4: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 5: 2 Sc next st, sc across to last st, 2 sc last st, ch-1, turn.  (7 sts)
ROW 6: Rep row 4.
ROW 7: Rep row 5.  (9 sts)
ROW 8: Rep row 4.
ROW 9: Rep row 5.  (11 sts)
ROW 10: Rep row 4.
ROW 11: Rep row 5.  (13 sts)
ROW 12: Sc next st, sk 2 sts, 5 dc next st, sk 2 sts, sc next st, sk 2 sts, 5 dc next st, sk 2 sts, sc next st, turn.  (13 sts)
ROW 13: Sl st 1st st, 2 dc next 5 dc, sl st next sc, 2 dc next 5 dc, sl st last sc, fasten off.  (20 dc + 3 sl sts)  

 MATERIALS:  4 ply yarns in light, medium and dark of sa color, G hook and needle to take yarn.
     Make one heart of ea color.  Sew hearts tog into a row stacking one on top the other.  With yarn and hook ch-40, fasten off.  Make one ea color.  Knot tog at ends, braid and knot again, sew to top heart for hanger.  Cut Two 6” strands of ea color for tassel,  Fold in half, with hook, yo and pull through center point on last heart.  Pull loose end through loop and pull tight.  Trim ends.
