Pearl Wrap Free Crochet Pattern

MATERIALS: 1 skein Berant Baby Coordinates yarn in white, 1 pkg 375 count 8 mm pearl beads, needle to take yarn and beads, 1 large snap and H hook or hook to obtain gauge.

GAUGE: Sc, 5 dc = 1”, 4 rows pattern = 1-1\2”

FINISHED SIZE: 11-3\4” X 42”

Please note: I found it easier to string about fifty beads at a time onto the yarn, work the pattern until all the beads are gone, fasten off, re-string more beads, join where I left off.

WRAP:

With needle on yarn, string pearls, remove needle.

ROW 1: With white yarn and H hook ch-26, sc 2nd ch from hook, (sk 2 ch, 5 dc next ch, sk 2 ch, sc next ch) 4 times, turn.

ROW 2: Ch-3, work 2 dc in same st as beg ch-3, (slide bead, sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc), sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc, rep bet (), sc 3rd dc, 3 dc last st, ch-1, turn.

ROW 3: Sc 1st st, 5 dc next sc, sc next dc, sk next st, 5 dc next dc, sc next dc, (5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc) across ending with sc last st, turn.

ROW 4: Ch-3, work 2 dc in same st as beg ch-3, (sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc, slide bead, sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc) twice, sc 3rd dc, 3 dc last st, ch-1, turn.

ROW 5: Sc 1st st, (5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc) 3 times, 5 dc next sc, sc next dc, sk next dc, 5 dc next dc, sc next dc, 5 dc next sc, sc last st, turn.

ROW 6: Ch-3, work 2 dc in same st as beg ch-3, (sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc, slide bead, sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc) 3 times ending with 3 dc last sc, ch-1, turn.

ROW 7: Sc 1st st, 5 dc next sc, * sc next dc, sk next dc, 5 dc next dc, sc next dc, * (5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc) 3 times, 5 dc next sc, rep bet **, 5 dc next sc, sc last st, turn.

ROW 8: Ch-3, work 2 dc in same st as beg ch-3, (sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc, slide bead, sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc) across ending with 3 dc last sc, ch-1, turn.

ROW 9: Sc 1st st, (5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc) across ending with sc last st, turn.

ROW 10: Ch-3, work 2 dc in same st as beg ch-3, (slide bead, sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc, 5 dc next sc) across ending with 3 dc last sc, ch-1, turn.
