GAUGE: 4 hdc = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”. Rectangle: 4” X 8”. Square: 4” X 4”.
FINISHED SIZE: 18” long X 14” wide.
RECTANGLE:
ROW 1: With Black and H hook ch-24, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, join yarn A, fasten off Black, ch-1, turn. (22 sts)
ROW 2: Hdc ea st across, ch-2, hdc in end of row, ch-2, hdc bottom ea foundation (bottom of sts made in row 1) ch across, join Black, fasten off A. (45 sts)
ROW 3: Hdc ea st across working (hdc, ch-2, hdc) in ea ch-2 sp, join yarn B, fasten off Black, ch-1, turn. (49 sts)
