White Boa Wrist Purse  With
Beaded Accents Free Crochet Pattern

MATERIALS:
1 skein Bernat Boa yarn in Dove, H hook or hook to obtain gauge, needle to take yarn, small amount of size 10 crochet thread in white, size 7 hook, 1080 amber seed beads and large eye beading needle.
GAUGE: 3 hdc = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”  FINISHED SIZE: Bag portions is 5” diameter, strap is 4-1\2” long
PURSE (MAKE 2):
With Boa yarn and H hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 10 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (10 sts)
RND 2: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (15 sts)
RND 3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (20 sts)
RND 4-5: Hdc next 2 sts, (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (26 sts)(34 sts)
RND 6: Hdc next st, (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (45)
RND 7: Hdc next st, (2 hdc next st, hdc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (56 sts)
ROW 8: Hdc next 8 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn.  (8 sts)
ROW 9: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 10: Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 5, hdc dec last 2 sts, ch-1, turn.  (7 sts)
ROW 11-12: Rep row 9.
ROW 13: Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 3, hdc dec last 2 sts, ch-1, turn.  (5 sts)
ROW 14-22: Rep row 9.  End row 22 fasten off.
BABY BEADED POM-POMS:
For ea pom-pom you need to thread 90 seed beads on white crochet thread with large eye beading needle. With beaded thread and 7 hook leave a long tail, ch-2, (slide 10 beads, sl st in 2nd ch from hook) 9 times, fasten off.  Pull ends tight to form the pom-pom and knot to hold. -Make 12.  With your crochet hook pull knotted ends through one of the purse fronts and knot on the wrong side.  Randomly place on front.
PURSE SIDE:ROW 1: With Boa and H hook ch-6, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (4 sts)
ROW 2: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
Rep row 2 until piece fits around circle pat of purse fronts, fasten off.  With needle and boa yarn sew side to purse fronts.  If you like, sew a small snap at top of circles to close.
