-Make 2. Sew liner to top inside sleeve and stuff, sew closed.
Neckband:
ROW 1: With Cardinal and 7 hook ch-4, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc next ch, ch-1, turn. (2 sts)
ROW 2-112: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 112, fasten off.
Bottom Waistband:
With Cardinal and 7 hook rep row 1-80 of neck band, fasten off.
Top Waistband:
With Cardinal and 7 hook rep row 1-75 of neck band, fasten off.
With needle and matching thread and using photo as a guide, sew neck band to top of bodice ending in a V at center front. Sew top and bottom waist bands around dress.
Shoe:
RND 1: With White and 7 hook ch-7, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc next 3 ch, 3 dc last ch, turn piece so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch (working in the bottom of the sts just made), hdc next 3, 2 hdc last, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
