Patterns Written in US Terms

MATERIALS:
2 skeins Caron Bliss in Blue Sky, Size 5 DMC Metallic thread in Silver, K & O (zero) hooks or hooks to obtain gauge, needle and clear (invisible) sewing thread.
GAUGE: Caron: 5 hdc = 2”, 2 rows hdc = 1” Silver flower is 2”
FINISHED SIZE: 5” X 48”
SCARF:
ROW 1: With Blue Sky and K hook ch-15, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (13 sts)
ROW 2-104: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 104, fasten off.
FLOWER:
With Silver and O (zero) hook ch-5, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: (ch-3, 2 trc, ch-3, sl st) in ring four times, fasten off.

With clear sewing thread sew flowers to scarf in a diagonal pattern evenly spaced in 6 rows of 4 flowers each.
