Patterns Written in US Terms
 ROW 2: 2 sc next st, ch-1, turn.  (2 sts)
 ROW 3: 2 sc next 2 sts, ch-1, turn.  (4 sts)
 ROW 4: 2 sc 1st st, sc next 2 sts, 2 sc last st, ch-1, turn.  (6 sts)
 ROW 5: (Hdc, dc) 1st st, 2 dc next, sl st next 2, 2 dc next, (dc, hdc) last st, sl st in end previous row, fasten off.  (8 sts not including sl st)
VINE:
ROW 1: With Hunter Green and H hook ch-5, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (3 sts)
 ROW 2: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
 Rep row 2 until piece is as long as the chenille stem, fasten off.  With needle and yarn sew long edges of piece tog inserting chenille stem as you sew.  Wrap finished vine around a pencil.  Sew vine and leaves to pumpkin.
INDIVIDUAL PUMPKIN BOXES:
With Pumpkin yarn and H hook rep rnd 1-3 of large pumpkin.
 RND 4-9: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 9 fasten off.
 Stuff and glue to lid as you did for the large pumpkin.
SMALL PUMPKIN STEM:
 ROW 1: With Hunter Green and H hook ch-3, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc last ch, ch-1, turn.  (2 sts)
 ROW 2-5: Bk Lp sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 5 fasten off.
 Roll and sew as you did for large pumpkin.
LEAF:
 ROW 1: With Hunter Green and H hook ch-2, sc 2nd ch from hook.  (1 st)
 ROW 2: Work 3 sc in only st, ch-2, turn.  (3 sts)
 ROW 3: 2 dc 1st st, sl st next st, 2 dc last st, sl st in end previous row, fasten off.
 Sew to pumpkin at stem.
