Row 19: Sk 1st st, sc next 9, sk next st, sc last st, ch-1, turn. (10 sts)
Row 20-26: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 26 fasten off.
With needle and yarn sew tog at crotch.
Adding Elastic:
With a needle and thread sew ends of elastic tog to form a circle. I like to overlap about 1\4” – 1\2” at the ends and then sew tog along ea side of overlap.
With Pink yarn and F hook and holding panties with right side facing you make join at any point along top edge of panties, ch-1, hold elastic so you can work a sc around in and in the next st on panty edge, rep this until all around the panty, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
