Flower Wrist Purse Free Crochet Pattern
Materials: Bernat Boa yarn in White and Tweety Bird, 14” of 5\8” wide ribbon, No. 2 size snap, 23mm lanyard hook, 25 mm split ring, needle to take yarn, needle and thread and size G hook or hook to obtain gauge.
GAUGE: 3 hdc = 1”, 2 rows hdc = 1”
FINISHED SIZE: 4-3\4” X 8” (petal to petal)
FLOWER:
RND 1: With white yarn and G hook ch-9, hdc 2 nd ch from hook, hdc next 6 ch, 2 hdc next ch, turn piece so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch, hdc ea ch across, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (16 sts)
RND 2: 2 hdc next 2 sts, hdc next 5 sts, 2 hdc next 3 sts, hdc next 5 sts, 2 hdc last st, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (22 sts)
RND 3: * 2 hdc next st, hdc next st, 2 hdc next st,* hdc next 4 sts, rep bet **, hdc next st, rep bet **, hdc next 4 sts, rep bet **, hdc last st, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (30 sts)
RND 4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) 3 times, hdc next 5 sts, rep bet () 5 times, hdc next 5 sts, rep bet () twice, join white, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn, fasten off Tweety Bird. (40 sts)
ROW 5: Hdc next 20 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
ROW 6: (Sc next st, hdc next 2 sts, sc next st) 5 times, ch-1, turn.

Sew both sides tog leaving opening at top. Cut 2” off the ribbon. Slide inside center of the split ring, fold in half and with needle and thread sew the ends closed. Sew to side of flower below center. Take the remaining 12” of ribbon and slide end through lanyard hook. Sew end closed. Sew other end to other side of flower. Hook lanyard hook over split ring. Sew snap to inside top of purse.
