Bow Tie:
Row 1: With Cherry Red and H hook ch-10, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (9 sts)
Row 2-5: Bk Lp sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 5 fasten off.
Cut 6” of Red yarn, leaving long ends, tie tightly in the center of the bow to gather.  Wrap 1st one end and then the other end around bow several times leaving enough to knot, knot.  Sew bow tie to center front of collar on shirt.

Skirt:
Row 1: With Aran and H hook join in bottom of row 1 of top, ch-1, hdc same st as beg ch-1, hdc ea st across, join Light Blue. Fasten off Aran, ch-1, turn.
Row 2: Hdc 1st st, (2 hdc next st, hdc next 4 sts) across, ch-1, turn.  (85 sts)
Row 3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 4 sts) across, ch-1, turn.  (102 sts)
Row 4-12: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 12 fasten off.

Skirt Stripe:
Row 1: With Pale Plum ch-2, hdc 2nd ch from hook, hdc last ch, ch-1, turn.  (2 sts)
Row 2-12: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 12 fasten off.
Make 2.  Sew to front of skirt to match stripes on jacket.

Skirt Waistband:
Row 1: With Light Blue and H hook ch-3, hdc 2nd ch from hook, hdc last ch, ch-1, turn.  (2 sts)
Row 2-62: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 62 fasten off.
Sew to skirt where the Aran top meets the Light Blue skirt.  Sew snaps across back opening.

Jacket:
Row 1: With Light Blue and H hook ch-88, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (86 sts)
Row 2-4: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
Row 5: Hdc next 14 sts, hdc dec next 2 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn.  (15 sts)
