With thread and 7 hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: Ch-3 (does not count throughout), work 12 dc in ring, sl st top beg ch-3, turn.  (12 sts)
Rnd 2: Ch-3, 2 dc ea st around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn. (24 sts)
Rnd 3: Ch-3, (2 dc next st, dc next st) around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn. (36 sts)
Rnd 4-5: Ch-3, (2 dc next st, dc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn. (48 sts)(64 sts)
Rnd 6: Ch-3, Bk lp dc ea st around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn.
Rnd 7-25: Ch-3, dc ea st around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn.  End rnd 25 fasten off.

Wedding Dress:
Row 1: With White and 7 hook ch-12, dc 6th ch from hook, sk 2 ch, (2 dc, ch-2, 2 dc) next ch, sk next 2 ch, dc last ch, turn.
Row 2: Ch-3, (2 dc, ch-2, 2 dc) next ch-2 sp, sk next 2 dc, dc last st, turn.
