ROW 24: With Red and 7 hook join in end row 9, ch-1, sc same st as beg ch-1, sc next 8 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (9 sts)
ROW 25-37: Rep row 11-23. End row 37 fasten off.
