Rep row 1-24 of jacket lines, fasten off end row 24.
-make 2. With needle and crochet thread sew lines to skirt front and jacket front making sure they line up when jacket is closed. Sew waist band around dress covering the top of the lilac lines. Sew 3 snaps along the back opening of dress. Sew 2 snaps at front edge of jacket.
HAT:
With Black and 7 hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
RND 2-3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)(27 sts)
RND 4: Bk Lp hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.

Glue small flowers to hat and accent with red dots of fabric paint.

RND 2-3: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
