ROW 11: Dc next 4 sts, (2 dc, dc next 8) 5 times, ch-3, turn.  (55)
ROW 12: Rep row 6.
ROW 13: Dc next 4 sts, (2 dc, dc next 9) 5 times, ch-3, turn.  (60)
ROW 14: Rep row 6.
ROW 15: Dc next 4 sts, (2 dc, dc next 10) 5 times, ch-3, turn.  (65)
ROW 16-21: Rep row 6.  End of row 21, fasten off.
With dark pink thread and needle, count up 3 rows from the bottom, from a pleat with the next three rows and hand sew across eight sts inward from the edge along the right side of apron.  Count up another 3 rows and repeat pleat.  Do the same for the other side.
With 7 hook and dark pink thread, join in corner of pleated side, ch-1, sc same st as ch-1, even work sc across side picking up the rows in pleated apron as well, fasten off.  Rep other side.
Glue a snap in ea corner along the top side and on corresponding spaces on dress just below the bodice.
