RND 19: Sc next st, (sk next st, sc next 2 sts) 3 times, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (7 sts)
RND 20: Sc next st, (sk next st, sc next st) 3 times, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (4 sts)
RND 21: Sl st closed, fasten off.
Stuff arm including shoulder and sew to doll.
BEAR HAND:
With Soft Earth and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: ch-1, work 6 sc in ring, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (6 sts)
RND 2-4: Sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 4 fasten off.
-make 2. Place bear hand over “hand” on body once dress is on doll. Sew to doll.
