MATERIALS:
Red Heart TLC Amore yarn in White, Lion Brand Thick & Quick Chenille yarn in Forest Green (about a skein and a half), size H & J hooks or hooks to obtain gauge, stuffing, small amounts, miniature ornaments of your choice, Holiday Trim to act as garland, black & gray fabric paints, touch of blush (optional), needle and invisible (clear) sewing thread.
FINISHED SIZE: 12” tall
Gauge: TLC: 4 sc = 1”, 4 rows sc = 1”; Chenille: 4 sc = 1-1\2”, 3 rows sc = 1-1\2”

About the yarn I used:
I used TLC Amore yarn for the snowman’s body which is a Boucle type yarn, but any #4 yarn will work.
The chenille yarn I used is no longer available. There are many Thick & Quick yarns out there, Any #6 yarns will make a good substitution, just make sure you get the exact gauge as stated in the pattern when you make a sample swatch. If your gauge is bigger than stated, go down one size in your hook. If your sample gauge is smaller than stated, do up one size in your hook.
The chenille yarn I used is no longer available.
