Yo pull through all loops on the hook to complete the stitch.
Continue making the stitch with 2 pop tabs each time until you have used all the pop tabs you want or in this case a total of 10 pop tab single crochets were made in the ring using 20 pop tabs, slip stitch top first stitch made and fasten off.
To finish the circle I made a round of single crochet in the top of each pop tab on my ring.
