Patterns Written In US Terms
RND 13: Sc next st, hdc next 2 sts, *4 trc cl (popcorn st) next st, sc next st, rep from * 3 times, hdc next 2 sts, sc remaining sts around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
HAND BOTTOMS (MAKE TWO):
RND 1: With fern green and G hook ch-5, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc next 2 ch, 2 sc next ch, turn piece so you are now working the bottom of the foundation ch, sc next 3 ch, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.  (8 sts)
RND 2: 2 sc next st, sc next st, hdc next st, 2 dc next st, 3 dc next st, 2 dc next st, hdc next st, sc next st, 2 sc last st, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.  (16 sts)
Sew hand bottom to bottom of arms, stuff lightly.  Fold arms in half, pin to side of dragon and sew.
WINGS (MAKE TWO):
ROW 1: With sage and G hook ch-13, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
ROW 2: Now working in bk lps, sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 3: Top of the piece is beg of this row.  2 sc next st, sc across to last 2 sts, sc dec last 2, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
ROW 4: Sc dec next 2 sts, sc across to last st, 2 sc last st, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
ROW 5: Rep row 3.
ROW 6: Rep row 4.
ROW 7: Sc across to last st, 2 sc last st, ch-1, turn.  (13 sts)
ROW 8: Rep row 3.  
 ROW 9: Rep row 7.  
 ROW 10: Rep row 3.
ROW 11: Rep row 7.
ROW 12: Sc dec next 2 sts, sc across to last 2 sts, sc dec, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
ROW 13-15: Rep row 12.  At the end of row 15 (6 sts)
ROW 16: 2 sc next st, sc ea st across, to last 2 sts, sc dec, ch-1, turn.
ROW 17: Sc dec next 2 sts, sc ea st across to last st, 2 sc last st, ch-1, turn.
ROW 18: Rep row 16.
ROW 19: Rep row 17.
ROW 20-21: Rep row 12.
ROW 22: Sc dec, fasten off,
Sew wings to the back of the dragon.  If you want, stiffen wings according to stiffener directions using waxed paper or plastic wrap to help shape the wings.
