Patterns Written In US Terms
working across the bottom of the foundation ch (in bottom of sts just made), hdc next 4, 2 hdc last, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (14 sts)
RND 2-8: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 8 fasten off.
-Make 2.  Stuff ea hand 2\3’s of the way full.  Lay opening flat and sew closed.  With needle and yarn make finger sections in ea hand like you do for toes in ea foot.  Sew finished hand to ea side of pumpkin.

TOP OF PUMPKIN OR BUNNY’S HAT:
With Pumpkin and H hook rep rnd 1-2 of Pumpkin Block.  Fasten off.

STEM:
ROW 1: With Green and H hook ch-6, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (5 sts)
ROW 2-10: Bk Lp sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 10 fasten off.
Roll stem up tightly and with needle and matching yarn sew closed.  Sew stem to center top of hat.

EAR:
ROW 1: With 2 strands of White and H hook ch-3, hdc 3rd ch from hook, ch-1, turn.  (1 st)
ROW 2: 3 hdc only st, ch-1, turn.  (3 sts)
ROW 3-5: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 6: Sk 1st st, hdc dec last 2 sts, ch-1, turn.  (1 st)
ROW 7: Hdc only st, fasten off.
-Make 2.  With needle and yarn sew ea ear to back of Bunny’s head.  Using the patterns as a guide, cut out pieces from felt and glue to bunny’s face.  If this is for a young child, sew ea piece of felt to the bunny’s face.  Glue or sew pom-pom to center front of bunny’s face bet the two muzzles

ROW 1: With Green and H hook ch-2, sc 2nd ch from hook, ch-1, turn.  (1 st)
ROW 2: 2 sc only st, ch-1, turn.  (2 sts)
ROW 3: 2 sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  (4 sts)
ROW 4: 2 sc 1st st, sc next 2 sts, 2 sc last st, ch-1, turn.  (6 sts)
ROW 5: Sc 1st st, ch-4, sk next 4 sts, sc last st, ch-1, turn. (2 sts + ch-4)
ROW 6: Sc ea st and ch across, ch-1, turn.  (6 sts)
ROW 7: (Sc, hdc) 1st st, 4 dc next, sl st next 2, 4 dc next, (hdc, sc) last st, sl st in side of row 6, fasten off.
