ROW 16: Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc ea st and ch across to last 2 sts, hdc dec last 2 sts, ch-1, turn.  (24 sts)
ROW 17: Hdc dec next 2 sts, dc next 8, sc next 4, dc next 8, hdc dec last 2 sts, fasten off.  (22 sts)
BLACK HAIR POINTS:
ROW 1: With Black and H hook ch-2, sc 2nd ch from hook, ch-1, turn.  (1 st)
ROW 2: Work 3 sc in only sts, fasten off.  (3 sts)
-Make 8 points and sew across hair line of mask.
Cut the ribbon in half.  Attach the mask to the pumpkin by pulling the ribbon through sts on both and tie in a bow.

1 ounce Red Heart Super Saver yarn in Spring Green, White and Black, size H crochet hook and 16” of 1\4” wide green ribbon.
FINISHED SIZE:  4” X 6-1\2”  
 Gauge:  4 hdc = 1”, 3 rows = 1”
MRS. FRANKENSTEIN MASK:
ROW 1: With Black and H hook ch-28, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc next 5 ch, join White, carry Black, hdc next 4 ch, pick up Black, carry White, hdc next 6 ch, pick up White, carry Black, hdc next 4 ch, drop White (you will be picking it back up in next row, pick up Black, hdc last 6 ch, ch-1, turn.  (26 sts)
ROW 2-4: Hdc next 6 sts, pick up White, carry Black, hdc next 4, pick up Black, carry White, hdc next 6,
