Hanging Loop
ROW 1: With White and H hook ch-3, hdc 3rd ch from hook, ch-1, turn. (1 st)
ROW 2-24: Hdc only st, ch-1, turn. End row 24 fasten off.
With needle and matching yarn sew short ends tog to form a lp. Sew lp to inside edge of Snowman. Using the patterns, cut a nose of orange felt, two eyes of black felt and two cheeks of pink felt. Glue to face. Using black fabric paint, paint on the mouth. Glue the 4 buttons across brim of hat.
