HAT:
RND 1: With Burgundy and H hook ch-14, sl st to form a ring, ch-1, work sc in ea ch around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (14 sts)
RND 2: (Sk next st, sc next 6 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
RND 3: (Sk next st, sc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (9 sts)
RND 4: (Sk next st, sc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (6 sts)
RND 5: Rep row 4, end row join white fun fur, fasten off burgundy.
RND 6: Sc ea st around, fold rnd flat and sl st to close.
HAT EDGING:
Turn hat upside down so you will now be working across the bottom of the sts in rnd 1 of hat, join white fun fur with H hook, ch-1, sc same st as ch-1, sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
Place Santa’s head inside hat and sew to hold. Sew or glue moustache to center of head. Glue the black pom-poms for eyes and the red one for his nose. Sew or glue the completed Santa to center of bow.
