ROW 57-64: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 64 fasten off.
TOPPER EDGING:
ROW 1: With Claret and h hook join in end 1st row, ch-1, sc same row, (sk next row, 5 dc next row, sk next row, sc next row) across ending with sk next row, 5 dc next row, fasten off.
With needle and yarn sew short ends of topper tog to form a circle. Slide circle over top of wine bag and sew edges tog. Decorate with the white fabric paint referring to photo.
HANDLES (MAKE TWO):
ROW 1: With White and H hook, ch-2, sc 2nd ch from hook, ch-1, turn. (1 st)
ROW 2-32: Sc only st, ch-1, turn. End row 32 fasten off.
Sew to inside top of bag.
