RND 9: Working in front lp of sts only, work 2 dc in ea st around, sl st top beg dc, fasten off.
RND 10: Join white in the remaining back lps of rnd 8, ch-1, sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (10 sts)
RND 11: Sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 12: (Sk next st, sc next 4 sts) twice, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
RND 13: Rep rnd 11.
RND 14: Stuff arm lightly, fold rnd 13 flat and sl st closed, fasten off.
Sew to pink side of bag. Make another arm using blue instead of mint. Sew to the other side (mauve) of bag. Draw top of bag closed, sew head to center front just behind the sts. Head will be loose. It is designed for the ease of opening bag and retrieving candy. Head is to sit on top closed bag.
