Rep row 2 until piece measures 22” long, fasten off Pink. Join black in end st, continue for 3 rows, join raspberry, and continue for 3 rows. Rep as established until piece measures a total of 60” long.
Sew ends of strap tog to form an lg lp. With matching yarn, sew pastel pink to corresponding pink on lady. With black yarn sew strips to corresponding strips on hat leaving top of hat open. Sew snap to center opening to close.
