RND 15-21: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 21 fasten off.
Make 14 flowers and sew to purse. Sew handles to top edge of purse.

With Black and H hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: (Ch-3, 2 dc in ring, ch-3, sl st in ring) 3 times, join Red, fasten of Black, (ch-4, 3 trc in ring, ch-4, sl st in ring) twice, do not turn.
