Armadillo Free Crochet Pattern
MATERIALS:
1 Skein Red Heart 4 ply yarn in Camouflage and 1\2 skein in Black, size H crochet hook or hook to obtain gauge, 1\2” shank button for the eyes, craft glue, needle to take yarn, stuffing, wire cutters and one Original metal Slinky.
GAUGE: 4 hdc sts = 1”, 5 rows hdc = 2”
FINISHED SIZE: 16” long
About the yarn I used:
I used Red Heart Super Saver (#4) yarn, but any #4 yarn will make a good substitution, just make sure you get the exact gauge as stated in the pattern when you make a sample swatch. If your gauge is bigger than stated, go down one size in your hook. If your sample gauge is smaller than stated, go up one size in your hook.
