round it a bit and accent with blocks of black fabric paint. Let the paint dry completely before gluing in place. Cut two yellow circles about the size of a half dollar from felt. Cut two red circles about the size of a quarter from felt. Glue in place.
Cut 3 large circles from off white felt. Cut two more circles the same size from blue felt. Cut the blue circle into half and glue one half to top of each off white circle. Add details with fabric paint and let dry. Glue to “door” for arm.
