MATERIALS:

   1 Skein each color Lion Brand Fun Fur yarn in Soft Pink and Raspberry, size E crochet hook or hook to obtain gauge, stuffing, small amount of Pink & Black felt, craft glue, needle to take yarn, wire cutters and 1 metal Original Slinky.
GAUGE: 4 hdc sts = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”
FINISHED SIZE: 4-1\2” tall without Slinky
BASE:
    With soft Pink and E hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
    RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
   RND 2-3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (18 sts)(27 sts)
    RND 4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (36 sts)
   RND 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off.  (45 sts)
   Find center ring on the Slinky and with wire cutters, cut the Slinky into two halves.  Set one aside for another project (Slinky Ball perhaps).  Insert the cut ring of the other half into the base and twist until several rings are on that side.  Sew Slinky to base to hold in place.
