Patterns Written In US Terms

RND 24-25: (Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 4 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (30 sts)(25 sts)
RND 26-27: Rep rnd 20.  End rnd 27 join Red, fasten off Light Blue.
RND 28: 2 hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (50 sts)
RND 29-41: Rep rnd 20.  End rnd 41 join Heather Gray, fasten off Red.
RND 42: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 4 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (60 sts)
RND 43-47: Rep rnd 20.
RND 48: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-8, count over 30 sts from join, sl st next st, ch-1, turn.
RND 49: Hdc ea ch and st around to form one leg opening, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (38 sts)
RND 50-54: Rep rnd 20.
RND 55: Hdc next 2 sts, (hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 4 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (32 sts)
RND 56-58: Rep rnd 20.
RND 59: (Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (24 sts)
RND 60: Rep rnd 20.
RND 61: Front lp hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 62-66: Rep rnd 20.  End rnd 66 fasten off.
RND 67: With Heather Gray and H hook join in left over ch from ch-8 in rnd 48, ch-1, hdc ea ch and st around to form 2nd leg opening, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (38 sts)
RND 68-84: Rep rnd 50-66.  End rnd 84 fasten off.
Stuff body firmly to rnd 61.  This is where you will be sewing the Slinky topped foot.
BOTTOM OF SHOE SLINKY:
With Heather Gray and H hook rep rnd 1-2 of eye, fasten off.  Make 2.  Sew one to ea end of 2 Slinkys as you did for the eyes.  Rep rnd 1-2 in Black and sew to the other end of both Slinkys, set aside.
SHOE:
RND 1:  With Black and H hook ch-21, sl st to form a ring, ch-1, hdc in ea ch around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (20 sts)
RND 2-3: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 4: Sc next 4 sts, hdc next, 2 dc next 2, 3 trc next, 2 dc next 2, hdc next, sc last 9
