    The eyes are attached before the head has been completely crochet.  One end of each slinky is coiled into the face so several rings are to the wrong side.  The rings are then sewn in place to secure.

-make one in Red and one in Black.  Sew one snap to ea collar at front.  Sew tie to Red collar.
CAPE:
ROW 1: With Black and H hook ch-48, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (46 sts)
ROW 2-23: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 23 fasten off.
With needle and yarn gather top edge of cape (row 1) to fit bet collar points.  Sew to Black collar bet points.
