1-2 ozs Sensations Rainbow Bouclé in White, and small amount in Brown, H hook or hook to obtain gauge, needle to take yarn, about a 12” X 26” piece of cloth for the lining (optional), small amount of cardboard (lining), small amount of batting (lining), craft glue (lining), tape (lining), sewing needle and sewing thread (lining).

GAUGE: 3 hdc = 1”, 2 rows hdc = 1”

FINISHED SIZE: 7” X 11”

PURSE:

RND 1: With White and H hook ch-14, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc next 10 ch, 3 hdc last ch, turn piece so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch (in bottom of sts just made), hdc next 10, 2 hdc last, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (26 sts)

RND 2: 2 hdc next 2 sts, hdc next 10, 2 hdc next 3, hdc next 10, 2 hdc last st, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (32 sts)

RND 3: 2 hdc next 2 sts, hdc next 10 sts, 2 hdc next 6, hdc next 10, 2 hdc last 4 sts, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (44 sts)

RND 4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) 4 times, hdc next 10, rep bet () 6 times, hdc next 10, rep bet () twice, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (56 sts)
